Once you have your wedding date & venue booked, this is the time I would recommend you book your wedding cake in.
​
A £100 non refundable deposit will secure your date in my diary.
Around 6-9 months before your wedding I will invite you to a design consultation and cake tasting.
​
I can absolutely provide you with a rough quote before you book. I just need to confirm the sort of designs you like to base a cost on. However do not worry if you really aren't 100% set on your design as we can work together during your design consultation.

Will you deliver our cake?
Yes, I will deliver & set up your wedding cake on the morning of your wedding. You will not need to worry about a thing!
​
I cover the North West including Derbyshire & Cheshire, and super proud to be working with several beautiful venues as a preferred supplier:
Heaton House Farm, Styal Lodge, Mottram Hall, Stock Farm Barn, Merrydale Manor, Upper House Estate, Carden Park, The Stanneylands & The Buxton Crescent Hotel.
Can we sample your cake?
Absolutely yes!
I will invite you to a design consultation around 6-9 months before your wedding date where we will finalise your cake design together. I will also provide a beautifcul cake sample box. You will be able to choose 5 different flavours from the menu to try & and you will also get 2 sugar cookie favours to sample too!
How much is a wedding cake?
Every cake I create is totally bespoke & unique so there is no set cost. The final cost will include your cake size, decoration & time taken plus delivery and set up.

Below I have listed the starting price for each cake size plus the average investment. I hope this gives you some idea on cost. For a more accurate quote just drop me a message via email or the contact form & I will be able to provide this.

The starting prices are not the final cost, they are for a plain iced cake.
Your final cost will include your design and delivery & set up at your venue.
I have included the average cost range for each cake too.
2 Tier cakes
30 portions - from £310 - average cost £380 - £450
65 portions - from £330 - average cost £400 - £550

3 Tier cakes
70 portions - from £520 - average cost £600 - £800
100 portions - from £570 - average cost £700 -£900
4 Tier cakes
150 portions - from £710 - average cost £850 - £1000
170 portions - from £750 - average cost £900 - £1100

5 Tier cake
240 portions - from £990 - average cost £1100 - £1400
There are so many possibilities for your wedding cake with regards to the size, number of tiers & design. For example you may only need 100 portions but would like a super tall 5 tier cake, this is where we can use dummy tiers!

All my cakes are freshly baked from scratch. Free range eggs are always used and each cake is filled with delicious buttercream & jams, conserves or curds.
To achieve a smooth, clean & sharp finish, all my cakes are covered in a layer of dreamy white chocolate ganache & a thin layer of the finest sugarpaste.
All Cakes by Lucy cakes are baked in an environment where eggs, gluten, dairy & soya are handled.
The kitchen is a nut free environment however some ingredients may have a 'may contain' label.
