Lucy bakes all her cakes fresh from scratch. She carefully selects the finest ingredients to ensure flavour is never compromised, from locally sourced, fresh free range eggs to real butter.

Each cake is is covered in a decadent white chocolate ganache and covered in the finest, premium sugarpaste to get Lucy's signature sharp, flawless finish.

Classic Victoria Sponge

Lotus Biscoff
 

Light and fluffy vanilla sponge, filled with Lotus Biscoff spread and buttercream

Chocolate Guinness
 

A decadently rich, fudgey chocolate cake with subtle notes of Guinness, filled with a dreamy Bailey's buttercream

Classic Chocolate
 

A rich, decadent chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream

Salted Caramel

A light vanilla sponge, with a luxe salted caramel sauce and buttercream filling

Sticky Ginger

A warm, fluffy ginger sponge filled with fresh lemon buttercream

Zingy Lemon

A fresh, zesty lemon sponge filled with a tangy lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling

Cherry Bakewell

A fluffy cherry & almond sponge, filled with black cherry conserve & almond infused buttercream

Marbled Coffee

A decadent marbled coffee and vanilla sponge, filled with expresso flavoured buttercream

White Chocolate & Raspberry

A light raspberry and vanilla bean sponge, filled with raspberry conserve and silky white chocolate buttercream

Red Velvet

A smooth, velvety sponge with subtle hints of cocoa and vanilla bean, filled with a silky white chocolate buttercream

Cakes by Lucy is not an allergen free kitchen.
Lucy will always do her best to accommodate allergy and dietary requirements.
Gluten Free & Dairy Free cakes can be made and these will be prepared separately & with the utmost care. However Lucy is unable to guarantee any bakes to be allergen free due to allergens being used regularly in the kitchen.
Allergens used in the kitchen are Gluten, Egg, Milk, Soya, & Sulphur Dioxide.
